Me-treat is a week in Lisbon - one session a day, the rest yours to explore, with evenings that help you integrate what's shifting.

You're good at your life. You show up, you manage, you hold it together. But there's a voice underneath all of it.

Thinking about it is part of the problem.

That's not a failure of effort or intelligence. It's a sign that the head has done what it can - and now the body needs to catch up.

Me-treat is five days in Lisbon - one deep session each day, the rest of the time yours.

In our sessions, we work with your whole self: your thoughts, yes - but also what lives in your body. The tension you carry without noticing. The feelings you've learned to manage instead of feel. The parts of you that know the answer but haven't been given space to speak.

We work with two core approaches:

Life Coaching - for the questions that need clarity, direction, and conscious decision-making. The part of the work that engages your mind, your values, and where you want to go.

Neo Emotional Release - a deep, holistic method that works beneath the surface. It draws on hypnotherapy, parts work, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation - not as separate tools, but woven together into one process. This is where we reach what talking alone can't access: the stored emotions, the subconscious patterns, the body's held tension. The parts of you that know something, but haven't had space to speak.

This isn't one modality. It's a holistic approach that meets you wherever you are - in your head, in your heart, in your body - and works with all of it.

Some sessions will feel like coaching. Some will feel like something harder to name. All of them will go somewhere real.

A Day in Your Week

What your Me-treat actually looks like

This is what makes Me-treat different from a week of intensive therapy - or a holiday that changes nothing.

It's the rhythm.

Morning or afternoon: your session. Two to three hours, unhurried. We go deep. Something shifts, releases, becomes clearer.

The rest of the day: yours. You step out into Lisbon. You walk without a destination. You sit in a café and watch the city move around you. You feel the sun. You let what came up in the session settle - not by thinking about it, but by being in a place that asks nothing of you.

This isn't recovery time. This is integration time. The nervous system needs movement, beauty, and rest to process what the session opened. Lisbon provides all three.

Evening: your journaling prompt. A question waiting for you. Not to analyse - to feel into. To notice what's different. To hear yourself more clearly than you could that morning.

Then sleep. Then tomorrow.

By the end of the week, you haven't just had five sessions. You've lived inside a different rhythm - and your body has started to remember what that feels like.

Why Lisbon?

The city is part of the work.

I built this because I needed it once.

Four years ago, my relationship of seven and a half years ended. Mid-thirties. Not the direction I'd planned.

I was exactly where you might be right now - doing all the right things, understanding all the right things, and still feeling stuck inside my own life.

What I wish I'd had: someone to sit with me in it. Not to fix it. Not to add more insight to the pile. But to help me feel my way through - mind and body together - instead of think my way around it endlessly.

I ended up in Lisbon. That city gave me something I couldn't have given myself: distance from my own noise, and space to finally hear what was underneath it.

Today I live here, by the ocean. The life I have now was built from that breaking point.
